Towels and bed linen are featured. Location is perfect so central with off street parking for 2 cars. I love Rye and usually stay in hotels however I will definitely be staying at northbank again now :) Jamie was amazing and left a lovely hamper for our stay, she was so quick at responding and very helpful. The globe inn marsh is literally next door and has amazing food, you will not be disappointed. Can't wait to stay again soon.

Guests at the holiday home can enjoy golfing and cycling nearby, or make the most of the garden. Beautiful cottage in the heart of Rye, upon arrival the cottage was clean and a lovely welcome hamper was waiting for us. The town centre, train and bus stations are about a 5 minute walk from the property. The kitchen is fully equipped and the beds are really comfy. The courtyard garden is beautiful, with herbs available to use if cooking. Would thoroughly recommend staying here if you are not wanting to travel to Rye by car and want a lovely homely experience. There is a great butchers and greengrocers 1 min walk away for those that like to cook and for those that don't there are some great restaurants nearby. We tried, The Globe in Marsh, the Ship Inn and the Standard Inn, all were fantastic. Would recommend a walk to Rye Harbour and a walk to Camber Sands, if you don't fancy walking, there are buses to take you there.

Having the annexe worked really well. It was fully kitted out for a large family to enjoy meals together.

Location was extremely peaceful and quiet and only 5 mins walk to the beach and a short drive to Rye. Accommodation was light, clean and airy, a perfect holiday home for a small family and base to explore the area.

The apartment was very clean, cosy and comfortable. The grounds were lovely and location very good for what we wanted - a nice countryside apartment with our dog, but three minutes drive from town. The welcome basket was much appreciated and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming.
